I spent 15 years in corporate roles, leading large-scale transformation at Unilever and Henkel — moving countries four times, building a life in unfamiliar places again and again.

I know what it’s like to be capable, high-performing, and quietly losing touch with clarity and direction. It isn’t fixed by pushing harder. It’s fixed by understanding what’s actually driving you.

That’s the perspective I bring to every session and every engagement.

My name, Özlem:

Means longing in Turkish. But not just any longing — within it lives a smaller word, Öz, which means the inner self. The Essence. Özlem. A longing for the self. That's what this work is about. Not adding more. Returning to what was always there.
