It depends on the depth of what you want to work on. Most clients start with a structured package (e.g. 6 sessions) to create real clarity and momentum. For deeper work, longer journeys are more effective. We’ll decide together what makes the most sense during the initial call.


Meaningful change takes consistency. Most coaching engagements run for several months with sessions every two to three weeks. The exact structure depends on the goals and the organisation’s needs.Commitment requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life for optimal results.
